No nests. Wyverns just spawn randomly around around the map. You can also set it to where fertilized eggs will spawn near active wyverns.

Yes you can hatch the eggs. You need to take them to a heat source (such as a bunch of torches/campfires) and drop it on the ground. If there's enough heat it should say "Incubating" when you look at it (otherwise it'll say "Too Cold" and the egg health will drop). Once the incubation meter drops completely it'll hatch and you can claim the baby. You need to use Wyvern Milk (which you can get by knocking out female Wyverns or sometimes by killing Alpha Wyverns) to feed it and occasionally to imprint on it.

Keep in mind:
-Babies from these eggs are a bit bugged in that all their initial stat points go into health, so they'll have a ton of HP but not much else.
-Sometimes the eggs are bugged and won't disappear once their spoil timer runs out. Make sure eggs you pick up aren't spoiled.
-There are no wild Ice Wyvern eggs. You gotta get them through taming and breeding.

can i please have someone give me the setup to use to get the eggs to spawn near active wyverns

Recent updates to the mod swapped the random eggs for nests with 2 eggs each. The nests spawn randomly near wild wyverns and the egg will inherit the type and level of the wild wyvern. The setting for the max number of nests that will spawn is "NumWyvernNest". So in your gameusersettings.ini you need to add the section [JoanScorchMod] and under it add the setting, like this:

[JoanScorchMod]
NumWyvernNest=15
