Why do all types of hecu NPCs act like a default hecu grunt?
For example when I spawn a sniper grund, he shoots like if he had MP5. Same goes for shotgun grunt, medic, saw, etc. Also all of the barney type of NPCs have same voice lines and act like default barney. For example barniel has barney's voice, otis shoots like he has a glock, etc. Is there a way to fix this?

That’s literally how thier intended to work, thier animations and models are like that due to them being ported from an old obsolete game engine dating back to the early 90’s. I’m literally about to grow a tumor on god.
