Federation Superweapon?

How do you get the ship to spawn in from the federation superweapon station thing? Thanks

If you have the station, you don't get the ship and vice versa

both have access to the superweapon

But how do u get the ship?
I'm not talking about the one that splits in 4

The ship you get if you have a flagship as your chosen station at the start. However, if you begin and have a station, you get the station.
