Teleport Pad v1.4

Just having a little issue
Hi, I've detected a "glitch/problem/bug" with your mod and Manticore X by M1k3.C (Mike.C). Whenever you use one of the teleport pads, no matter how far they are from your creatures, all tamed Manticores X get teleported too. I tried a lot of different distances from the pad, but it teleport them no matter how far they are (interenting that the distance they appear is the same before they get teleported).

I've talked with the author of the mod, here is his answer:

"The Manticores in my MOD have custom script work done, which it could be interferring with the script work in the teleport MOD. Regardless the teleport MOD schould only be grabbing dinos and players within its sphere radius and porting them... so i cannot do anything on my end unfortunately."

It's not a huge problem (my base is right on the blue obelisk, so when I'm not using the manticore I upload it, so it don't inteferes with the teleporter pad), but maybe you want to chek it, in case is somethig with an easy fix. Great work on the mod anyways!!

I have the exact same problem

Me too, and I lost two manticores through the wall and into the void because I set up a teleporter near a cave. Maybe the Mod maker could make a object that dinos can hold that prevents them from teleporting like a teleport lock, to fix this mod from messing with others. I could then just take it and put it in a chest when I want to teleport the Manticores.

I am using the Stargate mod until this is getting fixed, not risking to lose any dino i sugest you do the same

That sounds weird. My code is really simple and I just can't think up a good explanation on what would be causing it. My teleport simply checks the bubble's radius and then teleports all tamed dinos and players within that radius.

Hard to say without getting a look at the Manticore mod.

For me it's not just the manticore that do this i put down a pad at the volcano on The Island and i was going there with my Ankylosaurus to farm Metal. when i got there 2 drakes and the manticore and 2 wyverns followed me over there but they did not land on the ground they did fall to the void and i lost them. :( i'm using DOX for the overhauling.

Perhaps the Manticore X is suffering from a similar problem as the vanilla Titanosaur? It could have a massive capsule on it which will cause the teleport to teleport it even if the actual character isn't that near to the pad.

This is a pic of vanilla Titanosaur's mesh and capsule. Red lines are the capsule radius:

I don't know Judqment, but it seems that it gets teleported even at more than 50 foundations away from the telepad. It's just for that creature, I tested with every single one we have in our server (tabula rasa dinos, wyverns, dragon gods, indominus rex, etc) and the Manticore X it's the only one that presents that kind of issue.

The problem certainly it's on manticore X's end, and we finally removed that mod. Thanks anyway for your time and answer.

Seeing the same issue here except with the Tabula Rasa mod. All tamed dodowyverns, alpha wyverns, and manticores teleport regardless of distance. Lost a handful of tames figuring it out.

Having the same issue with bionic Manticore and Alpha Wyvern from Tabula Rasa.
