This mod looks interesting but it's not very clear how it works.

* Does mod this add a whole new city from Fallout to the game? What the heck? Can that be removed? I don't want fan content, just new functionality.

* Can I add this to a game in progress?

* Are only specific characters able to enslave others?

* Do "enslaver" characters run around enslaving every unconscious person they see?

* Can the new dialogues be edited?

* What, exactly, are the steps to enslaving another character? Please don't assume I've read all the change notes or been following the mod for years. A simple, straightforward set of instructions would be very helpful.

I don't care about different starts, mountain dogs, or new cities. I just want to be able to put shackles on somebody and make them work for me. If there's a better mod for this out there, please let me know.
