Geysers not rerolling
As the title states, geysers don't want to reroll all the time. Even using a mouse spam macro it rarely rerolls them.
I've had a few great maps that either have one geyser on the other side of the map or none at all so I've chosen to scrap the maps. Has anyone else had this issue?

This tends to happen on smaller maps, as the generator can place them in the same spots that they occupied previously.
This could be fixed with some custom placement code, but is probably not worth the trouble.
