New Perk Limit?

I was able to have 9 perks is this a glitch or is this a new limit?

I guess so. Before the new limit, I could only get 5 perks. I love the new limit of 9, though. :)

You can have more than 9 perks. BTW the perklimit was disabled by the mod creator.
