Before I get into this, I would love to state this maps is very good cosidering the amount of time spend making it. while playing this maps I have came across one major issue for me atleast, which other may not come across. In the easter egg room where Madgaz's custom perk is there is a window which allows you to look into the room.

I always get a solid 60fps, despite this when i get really close to the window and look through it I get a huge amount of lagg and drop to 30fps. I cant explain this glitch and I don't know if its the perk or the mesh on the windows due to it be much more zoomed in (mesh) but I certainly feel this should be addressed as it is a nasty lagg spike.
