I second this, I left Fort Azel and turned right, after walking for a minute or so I just die. Message says died by your own hands, there is no sign of what killed me or an icon to show it as a dead zone or anything, it is just like a big death wall.

I'm a bit irritated right now since i lost a few hours worth of loot there since it fell on other side and when i get close i jsut died again, but when i go back on i'll try and go from other side and see where other 'death wall' is

This is still a problem
