Care to explain how? LoL changes their characters completely with non lorefriendly costumes. This looks pretty cool to be honest.
Edit: Oh by the way, this type of design came out way earlier than LoL did.

Well, i left Dota 2 a while ago (mobas, all of them), but i have to say that this set looks pretty nice. (apart from the hair and bow, which suck)

Actually, the bow is really good, it's just that it probably doesn't exactly fit Dota, the hair is also nice but again, it's not very appropriate for Dota.
