Crash on choosing Wimbledon tracks?
So I've found an unusual instance when trying to select the Oval/Figure-8 configurations for the Wimbledon tracks. Once I've selected them, chosen car and AI, and try to start, it stops on the loading screen and crashes to desktop.

Has anyone else had this? Is there a possible mod conflict at play or something else?

Using the UK banger mod or any other mod at all? Know someone with the UK mod crashed at the track, but stoped when that was disabled. Currently it is also reported that Kings Lynn seems to crash. Can't figure out why so if I cant find a solution within reasonable time I'll probably just delete / remove the tracks altogether to prevent confusion.

I'm not really using the UK Bangers. All I can think of is the possible AI sets I have, some of which include the DLC cars. But at the moment, I'm unsure. Not sure if anyone else is having these issues either.

Hmm, the AI sets should not affect it AI believe, but could you please try without them? Will check st my end as well.

Had a try. Disabled the AI sets, as well as the "RACEFEST" and "Reduced AI Bumping" mods, but sadly, the result was the same. Not sure what could be the cause.

Also re-added the AI sets to make sure the game still worked with them, and it does. Even on the TVTP tracks. However, I've now noticed that the King's Lynn Oval appears to be having the same issue.

The only other thing I can think of is other added tracks mods. I only have "Whiplash Woods" and "Pinehills Unused Routes" enabled. Perhaps it's something to do with those?

I don't think they should interfer, but worth a try maybe? Thanks for taking the time to test, helps a lot :)

I disabled the mods, and checked each Oval track in turn. King's Lynn and Wimbledon still caused the game to crash.

HMm, well, a bit at a loss what it might be, but I'll try to investigate.

I wonder if it's something to do with assets on the tracks? Or something else in the files for the tracks? Not sure.

Most likely, problem is to know which one of the xxxx objects it is =D Ugh, wish we had a crash handler that could point us in a direction. Lyngås had a similar issue and that turned out to be a letter (æ, ø, å) issue, this on the other hand - not sure.

Issue found! Will try to get a hotfix out this week couplet with the new track.

Great to hear! What was the issue?

Some old tire models somehow made the game crash, thus I will switch them with some static BB assets to still have wome obstacles at the infield :)

I did have a little assumption that it may have been the large tyre obstacles. That's great news to hear!
