Can't build properly unless u can fly or sort

For example, if im building roofs for a normal house, u literally cant place them right because u need to be above them so they Snap the right way. Therefore u build urself a tower or u use any kind of fly possibility to build properly. Does anyone have advice for me?

Okay im giving up this mod is way to bad optimised for me. Those snappoints are awful, sorry ^^
