Tenants
How do the specific Tenants become available, theres very little gem themed furniture and I'm unsure what other items to use for them to show up. If i could get some help or explenation it would be very appreciated

You need to have a Gem furniture item, plus more items with another theme. Try experimenting by putting a Gem ship door and crafting-oriented items in there, for example. Or, try Gem stuff and combat stuff, and so on and so forth.
