Is it more than copying the workshop folder 763321280 to the Unturned\Bundles\Workshop\Content folder on the server?
For example:
Army_Uniform_Top and Packagers_Jersey both have item 2234 in their .dat files
They can't both have the same item number so what should all of the custom item numbers be? If we had this data we could edit our files and fix the issue.
Or, is it possible that the latest file was not uploaded to The Workshop?
That's not what my game or Phade2Black's game says.

Unturned\Servers\SERVERNAME\Workshop\Content\763321280\Shirts\Packagers_Jersy
open Packagers_Jersy.dat and change : ID 2237 , Blueprint_0_Supply_0_ID 2237 , Blueprint_1_Build 2237 and bug fixed good games :D
