Weapon stats thread
To stop the creating of multiple discussions over the stats topic i made an official thread, any other discussion will be deleted without hesitation.

My stats ideas:

Positives:
+20% more damage
+10% faster swich to speed

Negatives:
-40% fire rate / can not fire unless fully accurate (make the time between fires be equal to the time it takes for the revolver to be again fully accurate)
-25% slower swich from speed
-20% reload speed

The negatives come from the idea that this is an old revolver model so it is not as fast as the others.

Sounds like an interesting utility weapon, but still, it would be shadowed by the L'Entrager. (Because the sapper damage is too situational)

It really isn't.
In Pubs, Engineers breed rabidly.
in comp, they exist.

Ok, i see the stats working, especialy if you pair it up with the red tape recorder.

+75% cloak duration
+25% faster cloak recharge
+20% damage bonus
Negatives
-40% slower firing speed
-20% slower deploy speed and holster speed
-15 max health on wearer
-25% less cloak gained from ammo packs
(No random critical hits :emofdr:)

Then change the L'Etranger (The Stranger)
+25% cloak on hit (was previously +15% cloak on hit)
+25% cloak gained from ammo packs (new stat).
Reduce cloak duration time to +30% (was previously +40%)

Essentially, the L'Infiltré is more for quickly infiltrating (with the increased cloak duration) at the cost of health and cloak from ammo packs. You will still have a very strong revolver , but it deploys, holsters, and fires slower.

With the new L'Etranger, it's the opposite. Gain a lot of cloak and have a little extra cloak time at the cost of a weaker revolver that has the same deploy, holster, and firing speed as stock.

Every shot is perfectly accurate
+3 health per second while in combat (a short time after taking damage)
-75% reduction in push force taken from damage

-20% firing speed
-33% cloak duration
No damage resistances while cloaked

Cut some of it.

+75% cloak duration
-No, we have a letranger. X

+25% faster cloak recharge
- OP with Dead Ringer, so no. X

+20% damage bonus
-2 shots a Scout. Very unbalanced. X

40% slower firing speed
-Firing rate of about .9 seconds on a revolver? Nah, but a slight pass. |

20% slower deploy and holster
-Unneeded. X

-15 max health
No. X

-25% cloak gained from packs
-Meh. Pass. |

No random crits
-Wouldn't do anything in no RC's servers, but sure, pass. |

All around horrific. 1/10

So maybe when you infiltrate the other team you do more damage? So...
+10% Damage when behind enemies (Behind peripheral vision)
+10% While disguised

Now there is one small problem: in TF2 you have the option to change your field of view (fov/peripherical vision bounds) so how would it count? The max value for it, the lowest or the one that of the person who is attacked?

On hit of sapped building: speed up process by 5%
Slower firing speed by 15%
Damage boost on players by 10%
Damage decrease on buildings by 30%
Cloak length increase by 50%
Less damage taken while cloaked by 25%
On hit of another spy with this weapon equipped: Instant Kill

The reason i post the sapped building is because sometimes when I'm getting away as a spy, i want to shoot the engineer building to destroy it, but i have no time to so i can get away. This would be a unique stat.
Dev of this weapon, please respond to my stat ideas

Perhaps these stats won't be popular, but here we go,

+1 Capture point rate,(x2 Person Capture)
+10% Additional Speed while carrying the intelligence
+20% Damage when capping or carrying the intelligence
+Upon initiating a Cap or carrying the intel, +25% firing speed for the current clip
-20% Slower Firing Speed
-No Random Crits
-No Damage Reduction from cloak(Dead Ringer's is reduced to 50% Block)

My idea for the weapon is what is essentially a Pain Train for the Spy, making the spy more orientated for the rare "Spy Cap" matching the title of "Infiltrated". That's it, nothing else, comment what you want on it, I personally don't know what to have for this Weapon, I just thought of this
