My recommended stats to make it "Gun-ey" are these:

Projectile speed +100%
Projectile has no smoke trail
Projectile affected by gravity

As you can see, this isn't a complete statblock, and needs to be altered somewhat.

So, grenade launcher?
Rockets bounce off walls like grenades
+20% larger blast radius
-20% damage penalty on rolling rockets

Just an idea.

Rockets accelerate overtime
-20% damage at point blank

Creates a massive explosion effect that has a big blast radius and does very high amounts of damage
CONS:
Reloads very slowly
Only one rocket allowed in clip
Primary ammo reduced
Slightly slower walk speed

I would remove the damage penalty and add +20% reload speed.
Also adding movement speed would be nice since rocket jump would be nearly useless with only one shot.

No, after they hit a wall, they'll act just like grenades. They'll drop to the ground and explode after, I think it's 3 seconds.

No, after they hit a wall, they'll act just like grenades. They'll drop to the ground and explode after, I think it's 3 seconds.


It should just be the rockets bounce off of one wall and act as a normal rocket would and exlpode on contact.
+20% Knockback
+10% Splash radius
+90% Damage against buildings

-25% reload time
-25% clip size

This would be mainly for destroying sentries and keeping the engineer from rushing to repair it as well.
