Been working on converting the Caesar BTT in to a Reconnaissance Plane. Perfect for the hard to find criminal scum

Another update on the Caesar BTT I'm testing out the giving it flare that can be depolyed to light up an area while searching. These flares are much brighter then default and you dont need NVGs to benifit from them.

It's all hard coded to the plane so there will be no need for external scripts in mission for the features.
