Playermodel is very limited with bones, and can't use the Face poser

a regular Ragdoll can

Can someone please make this model smaller? I find it hard to believe Undyne is 10ft tall.

The only major character of Undertale that doesn't have a model is Asgore (that I can think of). It'd be awesome to see him in Gmod.
