As the title says, I was just hoping to know which faction specialises in which unit type, E.G: Russians might have the most accurate archers.

I've noticed that different factions have different qualities of soldiers, e.g: scandanavian spearmen have less ironflesh but more power strike and higher proficiency than euro spearmen.

Generally i just want to know what the best archers are and the most well rounded infantry are (preferably with shields)

(ALL OF THIS IS ASSUMING THERE IS NO TROOP TREE AVALIABLE TO SEE)
