How to make an alliance? How to make a fiefland for another kingdom?
I'm still trying to make an alliance with other kingdoms, but I do not know how. Is there any possibility? I can offer another ruler that I will become his vassal, but I can not suggest that another ruler be mine. Is there a possibility or will it exist?
