Basics
So Im pretty new to this mod.
The first thing I noticed when I played as a monarch is that when I tried to manage garrison, it actually disbands it and does not allow me to withdraw troops???

there are 2 mode, ai controlled and user controlled. With user controlled you have to stock it yourself but can personalize it. Get troops from fief and level them up and dsiband you should get more troops, do that until you can have a 2k garrison.
