How to recruit templers and teutonic knights??

I started a campain as a monarch of The Teutonic Order and another of Crusader States, and after a few battles I thought it was time to recruit some soldiers, but I can't find out where to recruit new templers and teutonic soldiers. Please help!

I have found templars and other orders in the holy lands. Check each city in the crusader states. You will find some to recruit.
