When you install the Module from steam workshop it doesn't go to the correct place for WSE to find it useing the .exe file it uses. Instead you need to go to your Mount and Blade game folder in the steam apps and to modules folder from there, create a folder there name Medieval_Conquests then open up another folder window and make your way to steam workshop folder and find the mod. It will be all in number format so might take a little guess work and I can't remember the game number or mod number off top of my head but when you get there copy the contents of that folder to the one you created then try WSEloader again and you should now see the module.
