What's the point of manors other than taxes?
I just wanted to know before I dump a ton of time and effort into my manor

you can build workshops that produce specific goods that you can then sell off. you can get good troops (crusader order knights) by building a monastery. you can levy the population into a significant army of ~300 that follows you around

Excellent, this is a more depth answer.

- Taxes
- Create an army that follows you
- Crusader orders
- Basically every good in game can be produced via workshops

I know it seems like an expensive fork out to begin with, but trust me, it's worth it.

Especially seeing as the current main treasury system isnt working *cough cough* @MonarchEnv
