So, I've noticed a lot of pll are with that bug where the loading screen reaches 2/3, at loading textures, but then it simply stops loading.

I've fixed this by installing the WSE loader, then running the game through the WSE.exe file. It has worked for me, and the mod creator (who helped me) asked me to help spreading the word in case it worked.

To install it, simply download it through the link on the Steam mod description page, and follow the instructions inside it.
