+ Has a 33% chance to cause a bleeding effect (lasts 5 seconds)
+ If target is drenched / under water; bleeding effect is extended to 8 seconds. But if the target is bleeding, and the next delivered attack causes bleeding, bleeding effect does not reset, but is translated to a mini-crit.
Cons:
- No random critical hits
- 20% slower firing speed
======================================================================
To sum up my second PRO point in case OP did not understand;
- If the weapon hits a target and causes bleeding whilst that target is soaked (or under water), the bleeding will last 3 seconds longer (8 seconds total).
- If the person was hit once and bleeds, then is hit a second time and the bleeding effect takes place once again; the bleeding debuff timer won't go back to 5 (or 8 if target is drenched), rather it will cause a mini-crit and leave the timer unchanged.
I hope this gives you some ideas :3
