Fatal Error during the load of the map.
Each time i try to start the map, the BO3 console popup me a message: "[double com_error] First Error: ERROR: Could not fine zone 'en_zm_levelcommon' ,0
Second Error: ERROR - 0x28ed8192" solutions?

i found a solution. Verify your game files, download the missing files and you're done!

make sure you have mod tools and all mod tools additional assets downloaded. in total about 66 GB

It works without installing the additional assets.

This is a known issue, validate your files , if still an issue wait for Treyarch to update the game its not a map issue
