The purpose of this weapon would be similar to the Ullapool Caber, Get yourself into suicidal situations and spam pipebombs until the very end, the explosions will definitely knock the enemy players around to no end as the damage adds up. If a medic was to pocket somebody with this weapon, It'd be an equivalent to a Medic + Heavy combo.

Careful, if you arent holding Right click when launching, it will missfire and it will explode in your face, but will still damage foes.
Great for trapping, but isnt that great if you get caught off-gaurd.
