Demoman and Soldier's Meele doesn't do damage
Me and my friend can't hurt each other with soldier and demo's meele. You need to fix this.

it does damage lol, you probably had damage off

The hitboxes for CW 2.0 were always weird whenever I used the melee weapons(around 2015-2016), so I'm not surprised if the Demoman and Soldier melee aren't working for you. Also, Peanut. Quit mini-moderating. The addon in question hasn't been updated in eight years while the base CW 2.0 addon was updated just last year.
