Make sure you have the pre-requisite items such as Network Extensions 2

  1. Go into the Content Manager
  2. Select Mods
  3. Press the Enable All button to enable all mods

Depending on your skill level, you might want to turn off the Hard Mode mod (and any other mods you know that won't affect the asset).

I had the same issue as you - once I enabled all the mods, the error went away.
