Blueprint drop rates

hi im currently hosting this on my SE server. works super awesome by the way. best balanced one i can find too, so extra kudos. however my question is. what are the rates on blueprints? have had some players asking and i dont know what to tell them. 50/50? 20% 0% 1 in 20?
