Suggestion: Prop hitbox | Lose hp
I don't really know if you can do anything about this but if you could you should try to get the hisbox only from the prop and not a full player.
Example: when i try to hide in a coner as a vase i can never hit the walls cause of the hitbox.

Players should also lose hp when shoting at non prop objects.
