Stability logic not working out
Hello.
I think the stability system needs a rethought.
It worked somewhat nice in single player when I throw 2 villages into anarchy, fought NATO and restabilized them. But now that Im a bit more established stability became a chore.

Working with AI buddies makes it almost impossible to "shoot the right guys". Stability is pingponging back and forth when my AIs shoot vigilants before I can stop them. Very annoying.

Most of the time its now playing vs. RNG. Waiting in a town for the right spawn (need bluefor to drop stability) is a waste of time. Driving/porting from town to town in hope that RNG spawned bluefor instead of criminals is a chore.

TL;DR: Stability need an overhaul to enable a smoother gameplay. And when everybody gets shot in a town it shouldnt reestablish stability anyway, no matter who got shot.

Killing NATO after capturing a town shouldn't lower stability. That's the biggest one for me. Looking forward to the next version at any rate, whenever it comes out.
