Are you having trouble healing players or AIs?
We have configured it such that everyone has ACE medic and repair roles - makes life simpler
for smaller groups etc. ACE is in basic mode, so only bandages, morphine, and epi have any effects.
I'm not sure how familiar you are with ACE but this my help: https://github.com/jabberzac/Overthrow/wiki/ACE-Interactions
The ACE wiki has a lot more detail also: https://ace3mod.com/wiki/feature/medical-system.html
AI recruits equipped with epi-pens *should* come and revive you if you are unconscious and in range (poss. your ghosts)
-Foofski
and the ghosts i did not have any AI that earily in the game, im guessing it was the locals?
With ACE you do sometimes wake up from being unconscious spontaneously - especially if you have not lost too much blood.
