Can you salvage non wrecked vehicle?
Is there a way to salvage vehicles that aren't spawned as wrecks, I've got a toolkit, and have tried through the ACE interaction and by walking up to the vehicle and pressing 'Y'.

Yes, but you can only do that at a workshop.

how? i tried it and parked the car at the workshop, but there is no option to salvage it.

You need a toolkit on you then access the ace menu with your windows key should say salvage in the menu.

We are talking about a normal car, not about a wreck, right? I had the toolkit on me, but there is no salvage option in ace.

Did you park the car next to a workshop you own? , make sure it's close enough then hold your windows key down whilst looking at the car to bring up the menu.

Yes its my own workshop. I think the car was close enough to the workshop, because from this position i can sell things, too.

You should see this option if your doing it by the workshop with a toolbox in your backpack
