Report a translation problem
It would be good if you could test it with the public test version and do the following things in order:
Use cheat ScriptCommand ItemAdmin
If this does nothing spawn the item and use that.
If nothing happens after that try to find the "Saved" folder of ark and look for another folder in there called "SaveGames".
If "SaveGames" doesn't exist or if it has no .sav files then something is very wrong.
Is there anything special that other mods could use/edit that affects only stuff like the gui (like spawncontainer at creature-mods)? Then I could focus at start while trying to isolate conflicting mods. Thought about Structures+ cause its using some custom gui's too
