GUS Ini Entries To Adjust Spawn Numbers
If you wish to increase or decrease the amount of your new dinos spawning, simply copy and paste the following list into your Game User Settings Ini File. Increase the number next to the relevant creature to have it spawn in greater numbers, and decrease it to reduce the spawns.

This number changes a variable called the 'Desired Number of NPC's Multiplier' and therefore may affect some spawns differently to others. In some cases where only a single dino is spawned per zone (Titanosaurs and Quetz for an example) you will not see any change unless using a whole number, and reducing it to below one will cause no dino to spawn at all.

For all the spawn zone numbers see here https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/778518972/341537388322850744/)

I have intentionally kept the spawn numbers of the new creatures low so as to not negatively effect server performance, and because it is easier for you as server owners to increase spawns if you're not seeing enough than it is to decrease them.

Does this mean that 1.0 equals 1 of that specific dino to be spawned. for example if i would put it like this:

Spino=4.0 that only 4 would spawn? or is the number equal to ammount of spawnpoints?
Kraken:1  [developer] 15 Oct, 2016 @ 4:42am
1.0 is equal to 100% of that dino, in the case of the Titanosaur 1.0 = 1, but for others it's more.

Quick question, would it be possible to set the spawn to 0 and completely remove a specific dino? Thereby picking and choosing what you want to add based upon personal preference.
Kraken:1  [developer] 15 Oct, 2016 @ 12:12pm
Ummm, yes, you just leave it as False in the [ADDDinos] section. That's the whole point of this mod, so you can pick and choose which dinos you want to add ;-)

can i make the spawn limit smaller from the dinos ? its spant all 5 minit 4 allos near my base wehn ich have kill them 5 min and the next at the place my buildings dont block the spawns
DasToastツ 15 Oct, 2016 @ 12:28pm
i know the spawn its not so good at Long 60 / Lat 60 this is a good place to build for every player but very hard wehn the allwas spawn at the place pleas fix it

No, I'm sorry but I won't be moving spawns around to accomodate individual players bases. It's stated in the description of this mod that Allosaurs are broken and will spawn inside bases, that is an issue with Allosaurs and not the mod. You have the options to disable Allosaurs, reduce their spawn numbers, or to better fortify or redesign your base.

Question about Allos (i know one more) I see too much of them about everywhere, if i down the spawn number to 0.5, will it mean less packs, or less allos in a pack?
Towelie [squat] 16 Nov, 2016 @ 10:39am
also not sure if I got it right from comparing the dino list and settings list, does NEWT stand for diplocaulus ?
Epic Nomz 22 Nov, 2016 @ 9:21am
@ Towelie- No, the dino spawn rates act differently than that of resources. You can fraction resources rates but not dinosaurs. Your lowest spawn would be 1.0 and at intervals of 1.0. Think of it if you set to 0.5, you'd be spawning in "half" of a dino, not the time rate it spawns at. If you want double the dinos to spawn there, you'd use 2.0 and so forth. If none, then go back to your other command line and put false. Otherwise, you're stuck with the one dino :)

will have griffin ?
Zomb/TDZ 13 Feb, 2018 @ 5:34pm
@Epic Nomz you're actualy wrong, when the allosaur is at 1.0 doesn't mean one spawns, it means the default ark allo spawn, so he could most definatly could set it to 0.5, he could even set it to 0.1 but its would leave a teesy amount of allos(prob about 2).

want proof? here ya go.
