Limited HEV: HEV Suit Power && Longjumps

Console Commands
Since there was no list or anything, i just decided to discover what all commands do and post them here.

sv_limited_flashlight (Default: 1)
If true, the flashlight will be limited and will consume flashlight battery.

sv_limited_flashlight_epause (Default: 2)
Controls how long the flashlight is disabled for upon depleting it fully. (In seconds)

sv_limited_flashlight_pause (Default: 4)
Controls how long you have to wait for the flashlight to start recharging after turning it off. (In seconds)

sv_limited_flashlight_ratio (Default: 100)
Controls the rate at wich the flashlight is depleted when it is turned on.

sv_limited_flashlight_restore_ratio (Default: 500)
Controls the rate at wich the flashlight is restored when it is turned off.

sv_limited_hev_rd (Default: 0)
Controls how long you have to wait for HEV Power to start recharging after ceasing all actions that use HEV Power.

sv_limited_hev_rmul (Default: 1)
Controls the multiplier of how fast HEV Power is restored.

sv_limited_hev_slim (Default: 10)
If HEV Power falls below this value (In %), you cannot start sprinting again until it is restored above this value.

sv_limited_hev_sprint (Default: 1)
Controls the multiplier of how fast HEV Power is depleted when sprinting.

sv_limited_oxygen (Default: 1)
If true, being fully submerged underwater will consume HEV Power.

sv_limited_oxygen_choke (Default: 1)
Controls the delay between damage when drowning. (In seconds.)
(Every 1 second, you will take damage from drowning.)

sv_limited_oxygen_choke_dmg (Default: 4)
How much damage you will take from drowning.
(Every time drowning damage is triggered, you will take 4 damage.)
(Time to trigger drowning damage is defined by sv_limited_oxygen_choke)

sv_limited_oxygen_r (Default: 1)
Controls the multiplier of how fast HEV Power is depleted from being submerged.

sv_limited_oxygen_r_mul (Default: 3)
Controls the multiplier of how fast HEV Power is depleted when the player is not wearing an HEV Suit.
Since a player always spawns with an HEV Suit and there is no apparent way to remove it, i'm clueless as to why this is a thing.

sv_limited_oxygen_restore (Default: 1)
If true, the player will restore health they lost due to drowning.

sv_limited_oxygen_restorep (Default: 1)
Time to trigger health recovery from drowning damage.
(Every 1 second, the player will recover health after drowning.)

sv_limited_oxygen_restorer (Default: 0.8)
Controls the multiplier of restored health from drowning.
(If the player drowns, they will only recover some of their health.)
(If the player drowns for 10 damage, they will only recover 8 health after getting out.)

sv_limited_oxygen_restores (Default: 4)
Controls how much health is restored from drowning every time health recovery is triggered.
(Every 1 second, the player will recover 4 health maximum.)
(If the player loses 28 health, the player will recover health in bursts of 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 1.)
(The 1 instead of 4 at the end is to account for the fact that 0.2 of health lost by drowning by default is not recovered and lost as with normal damage.)
(Each number is a health recovery trigger, with a delay of 1 second in between each trigger by default.)

sv_limited_sprint (Default: 1)
If true, sprinting will be limited and consume HEV Power.

sv_limited_sprint_mmod (Default: 0)
If true, sprinting will behave simmilar to MMod's sprint.
If HEV Power is depleted completely from sprinting, you will not be able to sprint again until HEV Power is fully restored.

Is there any way to make the long jump module negate fall damage like it does in Black Mesa?
