The eyes could be a little bit smaller, at least 0.31% smaller.
the textures probably need to be at least sharper and more detailed
perhaps some remodeling (optional)
(Note I can't do all these myself)
these are my suggestions. so if you can't really do these, at least find a guide on how to port high-poly SFM models into gmod.
