Wot this gun could do?
Honestly if I had to decide stats I would make it have a higher rate of fire with a damage or health penalty. Another idea is a mini gun that doesn't alter speed whilst firing with the downside of some lower gun stats.

+Heavy still keeps his normal movement speed while shooting
+Faster firing speed
-carries only 100 ammo
