*1 = Normal max damage fall-off is 50%, with this it would be 25%
*2 = base damage of 8
*3 = 1.4 windup speed
The first two stats means that the max fall-off'd damage is 6 (8 divided by 4, 8-2 = 6!)
Pros: + No movement penaties when spun-up or fireing + 20% accurecy (my spelling sucks)
Cons: - 20% fire rate - 30% damage
Because, Heavy with this would move at 77%, his normal speed.
And this minigun would do around 340 damage per second, which is more than the scattergun.
This would turn heavy to a real fat heavy scout.
Pros: -50% Spin up time (faster spin up for if needing to fire), +25% accuarcy, and a less noisy spin up, and no speed penelties while spun up
Cons: -25% primary ammo, and -10% fire speed (somewhat like a tomislov, but a little better), and -20% less secondary ammo (to even things out a bit)
(+) Makes all of your team heavies
(+) Fixes pyros flamethrower glitch, now making its range increased by 300% (Cause Pyro's totally a broken class and totally needs to be fixed)
(-) Half Life 4 developement stops.
(-) Upon eating sandwiches, spontaneous combustion! (Cause Pyro's a "broken class").
