Possible Stats

My (old) personal proposal:
Fires tracer rounds
+10% damage bonus

I have an interesting gimmick for this weapon: When you shoot an enemy you get a movement speed bonus( limit speed similar to baby face blaster), capture speed bonus and reload spped bonus, but miss and you loose all that speed. More to that- if you shoot before match starts, you will loose movement and capture speed.
As for stats:
+ adds 25 health points(Hp goes from 125 to 150)
+ 8 shells instaed of 6
- Overall damage increased to the scout by 20%(fire bullet and rocket)
- No random crits(though crits from Soldier's secondary weapon will give crits)

The miss and lose ALL the boost isn't a really good idea. I would reduce boost loss and add in tracer rounds to your idea.

So in summery
+ build boost and reload speed on hit and point caps
+25 health
+2 clip size
-20% damage vulnerability
No random crits

-just a thought
-10% damage

Sure
+ 2 clip size
+20 %movment sped (bicase of the compas)
+25 %fiering spedd

-15% acurasy
-20% relode speed

that isn't such a bad idea hoodini, it would incurage players to get up close to be effective insted of spraying and praying
