You Get Acid Gat by buying Quick revive and then dying(you have to reapeat this process untill quick revive is dead and u dont have quick revive) and then you have to spin ten times and then you Jump from rift and fall into the abyss of the rift and then u magically respawn with Acid Gat

Just go to the 3 districts and hold f (or action button if you play with a conrtroller). The only one i found was near the beast fountain in the waterfront district

If you're still looking for the other parts, the one in Canals is near the cthulu statue in canals, and the one in footlight is beside one of the cars I don't exactly remember where anymore.
