Then copy the 10 last lines from this file here. I'll take a lok and find a solution.

I have the same problem. Here are the lines. Problem with surv_flam.weapon?

From what I could see, there was trouble loading 'surv_flam.weapon'. I couldn't find it either.
I looked at:-

D:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\270150\781589397\media\packages\casus_belli_05\weapons\all_weapons.xml

and removed the line

<weapon file="surv_flam.weapon"/>

It runs now.
