how would this effect his hitbox?
maybe it could be an equip with twice the jump hight but the scout could trip

but the Male Enhancement would make the scout taller which would make the hitbox larger making it easy for snipers to kill him

It doesn't, the cosmetic gives the *illusion* of this, but you'll notice that the Scout's legs are shorter, resulting in the same hitbox size.
