It isn't a weapon from Counterstrike though.

exactly, its a different gun from a game that is literally the opposite of counter strike. Black Ops 2 is an aim and shoot game. (No offence Bo2)

Black Ops 2 - Aim and Shoot.
CS:GO - Don't bother aiming, just shoot.

this makes it sound like you dont even make the addon you just take other people's work and plaster your name on it.

If you want to give yourself one thing, you CAN just do '@give (item ID)'
