Scorched Earth Saddles added to normal Smithy

I added All Scorched Earth Saddles into the normal smithy and substituted normal crafting requirements in place of Scorched earth ones. This way you can make saddles to Ride my Scorched Earth elementals without needing to own Scorched earth or use a scorched earth mod to get saddles.
