As Steam has blocked the manual download link and either A: You don't know where to find it, or B: You're too lazy to bother finding it. Well I'm fixing this problem because it's tiring to see how many people are complaining about not being able to play the mod. Here's the link followed by the instructions.

There you will find the unpacked version of the mod, download the file then move it from the downloads folder to the Civ 5 Mods folder at C:\Users\Owner\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS

Extract the file using any download manager like 7Zip and WinRAR and you should have the DLL-Various Mod Components and Super Power Clash of Civilizations folders with 5 Folders and a Mod Info file. (DLL will have a Custom Mod Options file so it will have 7 items)

Start up Civ 5 and go to Mods and enable both mods and enjoy! (I only know how to fix this issue regarding the mod, do not ask how to fix problems that do not relate to this)
