(I made sure to have dll installed in every process)

Okey so I tried the subscribing thing.
Subscribed, uninstalled subscribed again, checked files validation thingy, read ♥♥♥♥ about mods not installing unless on C drive, repeated the whole process on C drive (windows 10 btw) didn't work.

Tried manually installing.
Didn't find a mod folder in my civ folders, manually added one which had worked in the past, installed everything to that, didn't work (yes I unzipped everything too).
Looked up "how to install civ 5 mods" turtorials, nothing worked and I also found out that my civ folders are completely (f*cking) different from appearantly everyone else in the world??? Everyone was talking about this Cache folder, which I did not have! And no re-installing didn't help and checking the files with the steam client didn't either. tried creating a cache folder and a mods folder as some sort of wild guess but nah didn't work either x.x (I have searched every, repeat, EVERY damned folder in my civ 5 folder list and I did not find a mods or cache folder, neither did I find the files that are supposed to be inside of the cache folder, everyone else has it though >:c

In short I'm at a real loss since whatever I do results in civ 5 not seeing any mods. I'd really appreciate if anyone could help me out. Sorry for the long post x.x (as I said I use windows 10)
