Its probably going to be a wrap assassin reskin, even tho the potion bottle is made of glass.

I think those are some good stats, I just hope valve will notice this weapon.

Alt-Fire: Launch a potion that shatteres, marking oppenent(s) for death.

+40% damage bonus

-10% attack speed
This weapon has a short range

On Alt-Fire: Launches a potion, that explodes, damaging all nearby enemies.
(Like a rocket, explodes instantly. Would look nice with regular rocket explosion decals, too.)
(Can hurt you, too, for a rocketjump-like effect.)

-25% Damage bonus on Primary-Fire.
(Beating people with the bat does less damage.)

-15% Attack speed.
(Encourages using Alt-Fire.)

+33% Recharge time.
(20 second recharge, as opposed to Sandman's 15. This IS a flying bomb we're talking about.)

-Cannot pick up enemy Scout's projectiles to refill potion.

+Alt-Fire: Throw a potion that explodes, giving away 1 of 4 random negative effects. This can be visualized by the color of the potion.
-40% shorter melee range

White: Milks the target for 6s and grants a bleed for 3s.
Green: poisons the target for 5s, poison acts similarly like bleed but prevents healing.
Pink: It curses the target for 5s, 60% of the damage dealt from a cursed target will hurt them instead.
Black: Deals 60 damage and slows the target by 15% for 6s.

I like skooks dog's Idea, so here's my twist on it:

On Alt-Fire: Launch a Potion that applies a random Negative effect(mark for death, Bleed, Slow, etc.) for up to 7 seconds, duration affected on projectile travel time.
Potion shatters harmlessly on Non-Player entites(walls, Floors, Merasmus, etc.)
-25% Damage Penalty
+3 Seconds Longer Recharge Time

+ alt fire: throw a projectile that in a radius, creates a cloud that coats enemies in gasoline.
- damage penelty or something i dunno
